Really nice shed, keep all your machinery outa the bad weather. The amish are a joy to watch building.
Thanks. Been wanting the building for many years.
Nice work ye'all did there, well done and well narrated
It has been quite the project.
I saw your post on Ag Talk. How many HP are you pulling this with and what kind of hydraulic flow?
We have been using it on a IH 766, 90 hp. Doesn't even need that much HP, but the tractor weight helps. The IH 766 has only about 12 gpm, which is enough, but is open center. More hydraulics and a closed center would be better.
Did you buy a quadtrac?
Nope. Belongs to a neighbor.
Wow, really nice building !! Have not seen you all for a long time ?
Yea, been pretty busy.
I found this channel tonight. I’ve already watched several videos. Love it! I noticed it’s been 2 years since you have uploaded. Start uploading again please!

Dear can use electric heater instead gas ?
Thats a crued dude. Love it! Fuck rocks
That dryer is made just like the old Behlen dryers, ive got a 500 bushel batch dryer built by Behlen the one you have looks like a 375 bushel??
Nice Video!
I’m sure glad we don’t have any rocks where we work.
Great videos thanks! Do you have any close up pictures of your forms? Also, how wide was the footer portion of the pad?
Have you ever considered platizing the rocks and selling them for landscaping. If it is sized out could be an extra source of income and and efficient way to reduce the rock pile.
How much were the 36 inch drums?
These really only work when you have no trash left in the field. Otherwise they just fill up with trash.
Nice we have a 1486 as well. Looking into another grain drier
hi there nice mill john
The small 1ft high form holding the gravel in place, did you leave that and just bury it in concrete?
Buried it when we poured the concrete.
I always watch that great video and enjoy it. Brings me back to the old days...
I’d sure love to see the carriage drive,!
Got an uncle that had several Sukups but the last two 42' bins he built were Conrad Americans. I had never heard of the company before and to my knowledge his Conrads are the first two in our area to be built. These bins looks like they are a decent product. I have cousins who are Brock dealers that we've always built with, but they are pricey. Well done!
We have been happy with ours. Our next new bin will be a Conrad also.
Perfect combo. Hard to beat 86 series tractors OR the old cyclo. If you ever need more down force to try to no-till your beans let me know. I have a bolt-on kit that will put air springs on the ol' cyclos.
We like them!
Was reading your log grapple trailer build. Did you ever complete that project?? Thank you!!
No unfortunately, it's shoved in the back of the shed until we have some time.
Is these a continuous dryer?
No, I wish. It is a automatic batch.
@@crowsnestus I'm new in this business... Which dryer do you recomend for a small farm? I mean a round 700 bushel/day
Looks like it's been a few years since the you finished the project, I'm the rollers have a few hectares behind them how are they holding up any problems?
From what I have heard, the only issue has been the bearing housings breaking. We added some additional bracing and that seems to have stopped that.
Very impressive I live in Brazil 🇧🇷 we make rollers here as well but nothing like this
excellent video
Thank you very much!
Where are you guys getting your uniballs from? We have a 9130 looking at the same repair, and would love to find an alternative to titan. thanks!
We got all our parts for the rebuild from Big Tractor Parts. www.bigtractorparts.com/
How many acres does the tractor run on?
Damn i miss that sound of the case ih 1660 combine
yea it sounds sweet!
Nice sawmill setup
Thanks. Don't get to use it as much as I would like!

How many cost install this dryer
Thanks for making this video. Really neat tractors. My brother and I just bought an ‘87 9150 with 7,550 hrs and spent the last 4 days flushing fluids, replacing and up keeping many things including all the pivot point uni-balls, pins, bushings etc on the tractor. Torching out that back pin basically blind was a real challenge for us; we were in awe you did it in 15 minutes. Those bars are heavy!!! Very satisfying work to have done. Probably wouldn’t have tackled it without this video to help us know we could do it. One thing we did that was handy was to reverse the hoses on one of the steering rams and then used that to split the tractor and then pull it back together by turning the steering wheel. Luckily our 12 ton jack pushed out both center pins. Further shout out the Ben and Jay at Big Tractor Parts for their assistance in getting the right parts. Looking forward to many years of farming.
I am glad someone found the video useful. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Where did I get this type of stone picker machine in india
Would have been a great video with Luke Bryant getting ran over by the cat .
Nigdy więcej go nie zobaczę :( 😭
and oil the bearings of idler pullys and other gears and sprockets be greased
Wondering if have video on replacing the steering ram uniballs on 9150 Case IH 1988 vintage. Thanks
A 9150 3306 is an extremely rare tractor! That could be a potential collector tractor eventually
I built these gates awhile back..... just moved shops and now need to make a few more. Thanks
How do you handle your sawdust ?
A lot of the rocks are falling back out of the wheel, does it pick them back up again?
Slower ground speed gives them time to fall onto the 'kicker drum' instead of tumbling forward as you see. It usually cycles them around again, though. I love mine but there is a little learning curve.
ua-cam.com/video/O02lwcRvFO8/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
i think u need to go slower
What make is your rock rake please
Sorry, I just don't know. My Dad bought is 40 years ago, and there is not a Manufacturer name on it anywhere.
What did you hook the chain to on the inside of the grain silo?
We used a semi tire and rim and lifted off the center ring of the roof.
The 3788 is about 200-220 at the engine. You are comparing pto hp to engine. The 3788 was rated 170 at the pto, so it should be over 200 at the engine. Steigers are rated at the engine. The 9130 is rated at 190 pto hp
That 5088 looks and sounds great.
It really does sound great! We have a 1486 that has the same engine and this one sounds better yet.
